硒的作用  

1、硒的作用抗氧化、抗衰老： 硒是好的抗衰老物质 有机硒能清除体内自由基，排除体内毒素、抗氧化、能有效的抑制过氧化脂质的产生，防止血凝块，清除胆固醇，增强人体免疫功能。
